PTA Harvest Fest

Volunteers Needed! Join us on October 18th!
Friday, October 18th from 6:30 – 8:30.

It is almost here!! Harvest Fest 2023 is Friday, October 18th from 6:30-8:30 in the Tuckahoe parking lot. There is a $10 suggested entry per family. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Tuckahoe Elementary PTA. This Tuckahoe event is all about coming together to have an evening of family fun and we need YOU to help make it a great success! Volunteer Opportunities: We need You to make this event happen!
Volunteering is essential to this beloved Tuckahoe community event. What better way to get in on the fun than to sign up with a buddy. Can’t attend? Not to worry! We have a second sign up genius dedicated to donated items and prep work that we will add to as we get closer to the event.

Volunteer opportunities that need to be filled:

• Carnival Games
• Hall Monitors
• Cake Walk ($1 per turn, CASH ONLY)
• 5th Grade Haunted Hallway
• Costume volunteers
• Chill Zone

Volunteer Sign Up

• Sign up to donate items or help with prep work for the event (link coming soon)
• Sign up – Night of Volunteer Slots – Friday, October 13th

If you are generously donating an item for the event, please drop off at the front office labeled c/o Harvest Fest. Cakes and pumpkin donations can be dropped off starting Thursday, 10/12.
