It is almost here!! Harvest Fest 2025 is Friday, October 24th from 6:30-8:30 in the Tuckahoe parking lot. This Tuckahoe event is all about coming together to have an evening of food and family fun and we need YOU to help make it a great success! Please take a moment to check out the sign up genius below (COMING SOON) to see how your family can contribute!

New this year…..Take the night off from cooking!! We will have Food Trucks if you wish to purchase dinner. They will have limited menus, but will give you the option to pre-order for your family if you wish. We will have pizza, BBQ, and Mama’s Donuts food trucks here! Look for more information to come…

Volunteer Sign Up (this is a GREAT event for high school students to earn volunteer hours)

  • Sign up to donate items or help with prep work for the event!

If you are generously donating an item for the event, please drop it off at the front office labeled “c/o Harvest Fest”. Cakes can be dropped off starting Wednesday, 10/22 in the front office conference room. If you are painting a pumpkin for the decorating contest, you may drop off your painted entry as early as Thursday, 10/23, and no later than 6pm on the night of Harvest Fest. Winners for this contest will be announced at the end of Harvest Fest (more info on this event will be coming out soon!).

Lastly, for those interested in helping with the 5th grade haunted hallway, there will be a separate sign-up for that sent out by the 5th grade team/room parents.
