College and Career Spirit Week

This special week (week of April 22nd)  is designed to inspire students to think about their futures, explore different careers, and learn about the importance of education and goal-setting—all while having fun! Each day will feature a dress-up theme and an engaging activity to help students dream big about their future careers and education. Here’s a look at our spirit week schedule after spring break:

? Tuesday – Dream Big Day ? (Wear pajamas!)Students will dream about their future careers and complete a “Dream Big” journal activity.

? Wednesday – Future Boss Day ? (Dress like a CEO or entrepreneur!)Students will brainstorm business ideas and participate in a fun “Shark Tank” activity.

? Thursday – My Future is Bright! ⭐ (Wear bright or neon colors!)Students will draw or write about what they want to be when they grow up.

? Friday – College Pride Day & Career Day! ?? (Wear college gear!)Teachers will share their college experiences, and students will learn fun facts about different schools.

? Career Day – Friday, April 25We are excited to host Career Day, where students will have the opportunity to hear from professionals about their jobs and career paths!

  • PreK – 1st grade will meet local community helpers (e.g., firefighters, nurses, police officers, and more).
  • 2nd – 5th grade will hear from volunteers in various career fields about their professions and experiences.
  • Ms Knight is the point of contact for this event
