While your child is in the building and having a technology issue at school, the classroom teacher or staff member will assist with troubleshooting, or consult with the Instructional Technology Coordinator.
At home, If your child is experiencing an issue with the iPad, the iPad case, or an iPad application, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Troubleshoot on your own by visiting the Digital Learning Device Help Page
Step 2: Call the APS Family Technology Call Center, 703-228-2570 (M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30pm)
Step 3: Fill out the Tuckahoe student Tech Help Request form. The form goes to Meredith Allen, Tuckahoe’s Instructional Technology Coordinator that will follow up with you within 24 hours.
