Ms. Moody is starting her twelfth year at Tuckahoe and her twentieth year as a special education teacher. Before that, she worked as a special education assistant while in graduate school. She loves building strong relationships with students and parents, and especially enjoys helping fifth graders and their families get ready for middle school. One of her favorite things to do outside of school is spend time at the beach in Delaware, where her parents own a home—especially visiting Funland in Rehoboth with her five-year-old niece. She’s excited for another great year with the Tuckahoe community!

My name is Tasha Logan, and I am the special education kindergarten teacher with 8 years of experience working with students with special needs. The most valuable part of teaching for me is seeing students achieve goals they once thought were unattainable, allowing them to blossom into their best selves. Outside of school, I enjoy binge-watching TV series, crafting, and spending time with my family. I am super excited for my new kiddos to have a fresh start in kindergarten—filled with the joy of learning and growing, and the opportunity to innovate together.
