Fourth Grade

Theresa Coffman is beginning her 22nd year as a general education teacher. She cherishes her role as a teacher and gravitated to this career after serving as a civil engineer for fifteen years. She and her husband, Bob, live in Arlington but have a "nest" just north of Lancaster, PA where they love to rest and reenergize. Hobbies include taking long walks, traveling, and cooking. Ms. Coffman is delighted to have another opportunity to team with her Tuckahoe family for an amazing 2025_26 school year.

Ms. Strickland is beginning her fifth year as a fourth-grade teacher and has been a part of the Tuckahoe Elementary community for thirteen years. With over twenty years of teaching experience, she is passionate about building strong relationships with her students and creating a supportive classroom environment where everyone feels encouraged to be the best version of themselves. Outside the classroom, Ms. Strickland enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, discovering new coffee shops, working on jigsaw puzzles, and relaxing on her porch with a good book. She is especially excited to watch her students grow into confident and curious mathematicians this year!
